i can say somewhat they do, but it's either their assistant that makes if for them... or like a website.. if not then mostly its the celebrities fans.

Usually someone else deals with it all for them but I do know they do sometimes check the pages themselves and read the comments.

If they do, and there smart, they won't use there real name's, so only there friends would know that they have an account, and they won't get hounded by stupid fans.
