cos they're fake!
they wanna be something else, they have no little or no chance of getting famous in real life so they create a parallel life on the internet where they do their best to promote their stupidity... uh... their popularity and appear to be "cool" and "up to date" etc.
to put it in simple words, in real life they're just a bunch of "normal" people (sometimes sane and other times insane) but when they go online, they generally turn into people they always 'imagined' or always 'wanted' to be....
orrrr..... the other option is they do it just for fun.... :-P
and i'm really sorry if i hurt the feelings of someone out there but face it - you know the truth better than i do...
