You will get caught if that ever happens.. easily. MySpace logs IP Addresses... once they see what IP that user was, they Look Up, and find out what ISP owns the IP... They call the ISP, which of course keeps logs of what users had certain IP's, then they ask the ISP for the logs... more than likely, your ISP will willingly give them your info and you're down...

It's possible for you to get sued but unlikely. The best course of action is to make a public announcement on your myspace that you are not actually "insert celebrity name here" and sorry for the misunderstanding and inconvenience etc.

Do whatever anyone tells you to and try to go with the flow...No punishments if you can play it right. If you can, play naive; you'll usually get off with a warning.

Im not sure I understand your question. But absolutly yes, a celebrity can be sued. Look at OJ for example. Cleared on murder charges but still held liable in civil courts. Also those offiliated with MySpace are probably obligated by law to help the police find you.
