for those of you who have a myspace did you ever see on those layout sites they have a picture of a celebrity and it has their url on it and it's decorated and stuff does any one know how to make one

My recommendation is to try the GIMP image editor. It's a free, open source image editor that works great for little manipulations and designs.

Once you learn a little bit you'll be able to do A LOT. It might seem confusing or complicated at first but I think you'll find a lot of fun making your own images.

create a photobucket account then download your pic there it will give you a url# and html# too

You can download a free 30-day trial copy of Paint Shop Pro XI from Corel.com. It's an easy to use and very full-featured program for editing pictures and graphics and it's simple to add text or a logo on top of a picture using PSP. (I like The Gimp too, but it may be a little too much for a newbie, esp. if you're not going to do stuff like this very often.)
