If a radio station makes a new celebrity their #1 on myspace...?

does that make the celebrity hot?

I had three of my songs played Monday morning in a MAJOR radio market...not even in the state where I live so it's not like I had connections. They just liked it. So does them moving me to #1 mean they are getting a lot of interest in me from their listeners? It's probably 800 miles from here so I don't have a chance to listen to it myself!

I wouldn't say hot but it's certainly a good start! You can try contacting them just to say hi, and mention who you are. Also, check their website(s) or google to see if they have a stream of their station available. You'd be able to listen to the station on your pc for your song.
