I know how you/other people want to know/learn all this stuff, but usually this is the kind of stuff you figure out on yer own, you cant exactly be taught. I know all this kind of stuff, I could help you out, but it takes a while. Theres not like a specific site you use to create this kind of stuff.Sorry
